At VSells & Associates Senior Transition Program, we understand the complexities of finding the right living arrangement for your loved one when they can no longer live at home. We have experience in several levels of care:
We empathize with the challenges our families are facing. The goal is to guide our clients with care and insight throughout the entire transition process. We pride ourselves in working as an advocate with the families we serve.
When placement is not the goal, and there are questions and concerns, we can still help. After an initial conversation, if a family would benefit from consultation services, independent of a placement, we can assist in the role of consultant.
Locally owned, we have experience in senior care including Assisted Living, Independent Senior Living, Dementia Companion Care, and Senior Placements. Senior Placement Navigators offers the highest level of personal service for your family beginning with flexible hours. We understand that private conversations sometimes need to take place after regular business hours.
We start with a conversation and/or meeting to learn the personal preferences of the senior and family, the financial circumstances, as well as health care needs. Next, we research the best options available. Then we schedule and join our clients on facility tours. We assist in making sure all documentation is in order.
VSells & Associates Senior Transition Program is also connected to many helpful resources including legal help, money managers, moving organizers, community resources and much more. Finally, we are with you on move in day to help facilitate a smooth transition.
We have dozens of partnerships with quality facilities that have been visited and pre-screened for safety, service and care. We provide options serving a variety of price ranges, health care needs, and geographic locations including Baltimore and surrounding counties.
Benefit from the experienced, compassionate experts and utilize our VSells & Associates Senior Transition Program.
